Scott Bruzek is the founder and principal advisor of CoAdapta, based in Danville, Kentucky. He is an AQai Certified Partner, an Agile practitioner, and a technology architect.
Scott has spent more than 15 years in roles where the technology and the people both had to work: HR director at a manufacturing company that grew from $25M to $55M+ in revenue and from 197 to 380 employees, operations leader at a national veterans nonprofit, and COO of an insurance agency growing through organic growth and acquisitions. He started CoAdapta because most projects fail at the handoff between strategy, plans, and the people who have to live with them.
Our founder's father-in-law was an assistant fire chief, and our team has worked closely with veterans and public servants.
Before CoAdapta, he worked as BruzekIQ, which became CoAdapta Advisors in early 2026.
